- Solely Matrimonial Purpose: Rishton Ka Markaz is exclusively intended for individuals and families seeking a suitable marriage alliance. It is not a dating or casual social networking platform.
- Age Requirement: The minimum registration age is 21 years for men and 18 years for women, subject to applicable Indian law.
- Admin-Guided Introductions: Contact details and introductions may be facilitated by our administration team after appropriate review and mutual consent.
- No Automatic Renewal: Paid memberships will not be automatically renewed or charged without the member's prior approval.
- No-Refund Policy: Membership and other paid service fees are generally non-refundable once activated, subject to applicable law.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering with, accessing, browsing, or using Rishton Ka Markaz (“Platform,” “Website,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies or guidelines published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use our services.
2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an active profile, you must meet the following requirements:
- Men must be at least 21 years old.
- Women must be at least 18 years old.
These requirements are subject to any changes in applicable Indian law.
The Platform must be used solely for the genuine and lawful purpose of seeking a suitable marriage partner. It must not be used for casual dating, affairs, friendship-seeking, commercial solicitation, or any unrelated purpose.
Members must accurately disclose their current marital status. Profiles may be created for individuals who are unmarried, legally divorced, or widowed, subject to applicable law and the accuracy of the information provided.
A parent, guardian, sibling, or other family member may register a profile on behalf of a prospective bride or groom only with that person's knowledge and consent and must provide accurate information.
3. Accuracy of Information
Members are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Rishton Ka Markaz is true, accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Name and date of birth
- Marital status
- Education and occupation
- Income information
- Family details
- Residential information
- Photographs
- Contact information
- Partner preferences
Rishton Ka Markaz may conduct reasonable verification and moderation checks. However, verification of a profile or particular information does not constitute a guarantee of the member's character, intentions, financial position, family background, employment, education, marital history, or suitability as a life partner.
Members and their families must conduct their own independent due diligence before proceeding with any matrimonial relationship.
4. Profile Verification, Approval & Moderation
To maintain a safe and dignified matrimonial environment:
- Mobile numbers may be verified through SMS OTP.
- Email addresses may be verified through email confirmation.
- Photographs may be manually reviewed before being displayed to other members.
- Profiles may be reviewed, edited, held, rejected, suspended, or removed if they do not meet our verification or conduct standards.
- We reserve the right to request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary.
Rishton Ka Markaz reserves the right to accept or reject any profile at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
5. Member Code of Conduct
Members must use the Platform respectfully, honestly, and lawfully.
- Providing false, fabricated, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Using the Platform for casual dating, affairs, inappropriate relationships, or purposes unrelated to marriage.
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, abusing, or intimidating another member or staff member.
- Sending unsolicited obscene, sexually explicit, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate communications.
- Requesting money, loans, financial assistance, gifts, or other financial benefits from another member.
- Uploading photographs that do not belong to the prospective candidate or that are offensive, vulgar, misleading, or inappropriate.
- Creating multiple accounts for the same individual without authorization.
- Sharing account credentials with another person.
- Copying, scraping, downloading, photographing, screenshotting, reproducing, or redistributing member profiles, photographs, or personal information without authorization.
- Using member information for advertising, solicitation, commercial purposes, or contacting members outside the intended matrimonial process without appropriate consent.
- Uploading or transmitting material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or infringes another person's intellectual property or other legal rights.
Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or permanent termination of the profile without refund, subject to applicable law.
6. Account Security
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.
You must immediately notify Rishton Ka Markaz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise allow another person to use your membership or account.
7. Contact Information & Introductions
Rishton Ka Markaz follows a privacy-focused approach to member contact information. Phone numbers, email addresses, and exact residential addresses are not intended to be publicly displayed on matrimonial search profiles.
Where applicable, contact details or introductions may be facilitated through an Admin-Guided Introduction Process, which may involve:
- A member or family expressing interest in another profile.
- Administrative review of the request.
- Contact with the relevant member or family.
- Mutual consent before direct contact details are shared or an introduction/video meeting is facilitated.
Members must respect the privacy and consent of other members.
8. Membership Plans, Payments & Validity
Rishton Ka Markaz may offer paid membership plans and other paid matrimonial services. Where applicable:
- Membership validity is based on the plan period selected at the time of purchase.
- Paid plans may include different durations and features as displayed on the Platform.
- Membership benefits and contact/request limits may vary according to the selected plan.
- A paid membership does not guarantee a particular number of matches, responses, introductions, or a successful marriage.
8.1 No Automatic Renewal
Rishton Ka Markaz will not automatically renew a paid membership or deduct a renewal payment without the member's prior authorization.
After expiry of a paid membership, the profile may revert to the applicable free/unpaid membership status, subject to the features available on the Platform.
8.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments for activated memberships, profile promotions, contact-request packages, or other paid services are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable law.
Refunds will generally not be provided merely because:
- A member finds a life partner before the membership expires.
- A member chooses to deactivate, hide, or delete a profile before expiry.
- A member is dissatisfied with the number or availability of responses.
- A member does not receive a preferred match.
- A profile is suspended or terminated because of a violation of these Terms.
Any refund required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with such law.
9. Independent Verification & Matrimonial Due Diligence
Rishton Ka Markaz acts as a matrimonial matchmaking intermediary. We facilitate the discovery and introduction of prospective matrimonial candidates but do not become a party to any marriage or private agreement between members.
Members and their families are strongly advised to independently verify, before proceeding with a matrimonial alliance:
- Identity and age
- Marital status
- Education and qualifications
- Employment and income
- Family background
- Character and conduct
- Previous marital history
- Any other information considered relevant
Members should exercise particular caution before sending money, transferring funds, purchasing items, sharing financial information, or exchanging valuable gifts with another member.
Rishton Ka Markaz does not recommend or encourage sending money or providing financial assistance to prospective matrimonial candidates or their families.10. No Guarantee of Marriage or Compatibility
Rishton Ka Markaz does not guarantee:
- That a member will find a suitable partner.
- That a particular profile will respond to an enquiry.
- The accuracy of every statement made by a member.
- Compatibility between two members.
- A specific number of matches, responses, or introductions.
- That any matrimonial relationship will result in marriage.
The ultimate decision to communicate, meet, proceed with an alliance, or solemnize a marriage rests entirely with the members and their families.
11. Privacy & Protection of Personal Information
Rishton Ka Markaz respects the privacy and dignity of its members. The collection, use, storage, protection, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially monetize member personal information to third-party marketing companies.
Information may be shared with trusted service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, such as SMS, email, hosting, payment, security, or other technology service providers, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
12. Prohibited Financial Dealings
Members must exercise extreme caution in all financial dealings with other members.
Rishton Ka Markaz will not be responsible for losses arising from private financial transactions, loans, advances, gifts, investments, or other financial arrangements between members.
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand names, website content, graphics, designs, software, databases, text, photographs created or owned by Rishton Ka Markaz, and other intellectual property associated with the Platform are protected by applicable law.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, mirror, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.
14. Availability of the Platform
We aim to keep the Platform available and functional; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rishton Ka Markaz shall not be liable for losses, damages, disputes, or consequences arising from private interactions, communications, meetings, relationships, financial dealings, or matrimonial arrangements between members.
We are an intermediary matchmaking service and do not control the conduct of members outside the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Suspension & Termination
Rishton Ka Markaz may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:
- The member has violated these Terms.
- False or misleading information has been submitted.
- The account appears fraudulent or unsafe.
- The Platform has been misused.
- Another member's safety, privacy, or rights may be at risk.
- Continued access may violate applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may remove content or information associated with a terminated account.
17. Account Deactivation & Deletion
Members may request deactivation or deletion of their account by contacting our support team.
Upon verification of the request, the profile may be removed from active searches and, where applicable, personal data may be deleted or retained only where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business requirements. 18. Changes to These Terms
Rishton Ka Markaz may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
